What is OU?

OU is an active fashion marketplace for the next generation of independent active brands and shops. Add the Shopify App and sync your store to sell your products on OU today.

Why does OU exist?

The online retail space for activewear is fragmented. Customers desire to feel connected to the next generation of active lifestyle brands and stores, but the current retail solutions struggle to enable these brands to build brand equity and sell directly to the latest generation of active customers.

Less than 4% of advertising on social media platforms convert and a small fraction of those buyers return to purchase again. More than 96% of marketers feel they overpay to find new customers. Roughly 70% of customers between the ages of 18-35 feel the current e-commerce solutions don't meet their economic or quality needs.

Before OU, there was no unified marketplace for global customers to discover new high-quality brands to fall in love with.

What does it do?

OU allows participating brands and shops to sell their merchandise within a community of like-minded stores. They can do this by adding the Shopify App and creating a store profile, where they can list their products in 2 minutes or less.

What is a store profile?

Store profiles are a way for vendors to introduce themselves to shoppers. Profiles include their store media, social media feeds and the products they sell on OU..

How does OU work?

Shoppers can browse your listed products alongside like-minded brands and click to purchase through our shopping cart.

The Store is in full control
The Store will receive confirmation when an item has been purchased as they would any order on their Shopify storefront.

We make it really easy
Once an order or offer is confirmed and accepted, the vendor can print out a ship label, package the goods, and drop it in a mailbox – just as they do any other order fulfilled from their Shopify storefront.

Simple and Straightforward pricing
OU collects a nominal commission fee on each sale. The current commission fee can be found on our Pricing page.
